I tried baking appeltaart (apple cake) for the first time last night. The process was quite easy but just took longer than I expected. I used 5 pieces of apple, butter, dates instead of raisins, an egg, and the appeltaart mix I bought at Plus.
And this is how it looked like after baking it in the oven for 1 hour 😂
Our springform pan was just bigger so the dough didn’t cover it all. I hope it tastes good though 😂
