Hold on... Changes is inevitable, it'll always happened. As to some changes there are times that you made some mistakes unintentionally as it is always part when you are starting to adjust and adapt to a new process or situation. Hold on as long as you can though it feels like you want to give up. Be kind to yourself. Quiet your mind. Talk it out. And nevermind. Lol! It's another challenging day. A hump day!
