Remembering

I was sitting in my chair and I suddenly reminisce an old memories of a past love story. And I have this thoughts that if it's okay to message him to ask how is he, but I was troubled or confused if I had to do and leave the thoughts behind.I was left to wonder why it is to awkward to be friends with your past or is it I who only think of this.
