Yesterday morning as we've reached Bentong town, we went to this restaurant enjoy the Chee Cheong Fan or rice noodles. It's looks similar like the city food but taste different. I like the sauces added especially the the curry, so much fragrance and yummy.😋 Just like I said Bentong is also known as Bentong Ginger because they produce a lot of quality ginger. I saw practically every shop people are selling ginger. Ginger not only use for cooking food, but also use to make healthy product, snacks and coffee. I walked into this dessert shop Taufu Auntie Mok and ordered a bowl of taufu fa or soy pudding add with ginger syrup. Their taufu fa or soy pudding is superb soft, smooth and nice fragrance of spicy ginger. So delicious.😋 They also sells Tofu Puffs (taufu pok) and many stuff made from tofu.
