Middle ear Infection are Very Serious. As We Know Middle Ear is connected anteriorly to eutachian tube and posteriorly to the mastoid bone.
So it's two type
Tubotympanic
Atticoantral
Tubotympanic is not malignant and dangerous. It's has no complications. It has profuse discharge without smell. It's has poly with pale colour. It' causes the perforation to the some part or corner
But Atticoantral is very dangerous much more complications. It has scanty discharge with foul smelling. It has polyps with red and fleshy appearance.
Pneumonia is a very dangerous disease of respiratory system. In Pakistan just in punjab 4k children less than 5 year old died of this disease.
As weather is changing it prevalence in winter is more. It causes the fibrosis of lung alveoli and contraction of arterial system of lungs.

These rays focus on multiple points. This is untreatable disease. They can be controlled but not compeletly finished

We learned about the examination of buccal cavity. As we eat from mouth our mouth is the most common we often think pathogens. NDS pathogen not only cause local diseases but also systemic diseases.
Hope so new ward will be a chance for more learning
