New IATF guidelines MARCH 21,2021 Summary: 1. No lockdown 2. Same rules for NCR, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal (Area) 3. Effective March 22 to April 4 4. Curfew hours 10pm to 5am 5. Essential travel only in Area (work, food, services). 6. Leisure travel within Area (staycation) is allowed but not including below 18 and above 65 yrs old 7. Leisure travel outside the Area is not allowed but returning to Area is allowed 8. No religious gatherings and face to face meetings; 10 pax max for wedding, baptism, wake and burial 9. Private sector 30-50% working capacity subject to health protocols 10. 24/7 delivery and take out allowed 11. Dine in not allowed 12. Outdoor dining (including along mall corridors) allowed 13. Below 18 stay home. 14. Above 65 and PWD allowed for no contact sports and exercise except pregnant, immunodeficiency, and comorbidity.
