  Thank you, you´re welcome, and yes it´s not the typical tourist zone where they built like there were no tomorrow, they can only built 3 floors and had to left 60% of the plots at least green without sealing of the soil, such kind of restrictions help a lot to keep a area calm and peaceful ;)
