yes Sunny thank you, the houses are 5-Family houses what means there are 5 flats in with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, livingroom and terrace .

Those sunny days by the sea are beautiful. Here the sad thing is not winter but not being able to walk along the beach too. Have a nice day, tomorrow.

How's the weather there? Is it warm or chilly? Love that tree. It would be awesome to just sit under it and look at the sea.
It´s very nice weather here like all the years it´s going to be colder in late January and February (colder means under 20° C on the day and under 16° at night) actually we had nice 24°C, hihi and that´s what I do often sitting here or at another beautiful beach and staring at the sea and the clouds ;)
