having such a view is nearly unbeatable, well depends of the price you´re willing to pay, and the luck you have to find this place ;) This is one of the first locations we had in 2016 here on our books for sale -and it wasn´t long with us - :( But I remember well the views on the terrace when having the viewings with clients, they were all excited ;) #steem #spain #andalucia #manilva #originalcontent

Hi sunny yeah the weather is going better every day now it´s warm on my terrace office hihihi, and the price it was a very good and fair price for that location not even 400k€ that´s a bit more what the plot´s value is actually in that zone. Enjoy your day, I hope it´s a sunny one too in BG ;)
