  indeed the temperature isn´t that bad but 15°C with heavy winds lets you feel that 15°C like only 10 or less and the Andalusians today all have thick clothes on so winterjackets, scarf and a cap, and hey some of them aslo had real boots on normaly they wear the whole year open sandals without socks ;)
