Hi sunny I´m fine everything is ok, just a few busy days, guess the rest of the week will have more time in the office. But I love to be outside on the properties and check that everything is working smoothly before a client is coming back ;)

ah no it´s a little one not more than 180 square meters for living and a plot of nearly 1000 square meters, the big ones have both numbers much higher, but it´s a nice one ;)

I´m the owner of some property agencies and we also monitor the maintenance works when necessary like in this case where we are acting as the owners engineer. Yes the weather was pretty good the last few days like normally ;)
