yes that´s a good idea, but its also a nice place for living the whole year round ;)

It is a very well kept neighborhood
yes that´s right, but keep in mind that these buildings are mainly in the hand of foreigners (some who just rent their properties here, and some who live here like me) and some Spanish peeps from Madrid, Barcelona or other big Cities form Spain, for the normal Andalusian these flats are to expensive for them the salary here is very low and just the peeps from Madrid and the other big Cities can afford those prices with their higher income ;)
