I've always been attracted to water, something mysterious, grand, powerful about it. i got the first urge or interest to dive about 15 years ago, but waited another 5 after that till the time was right to go get certified. I got certified in 2012 and ever since then there has been no regret.

I first got certified in the 1980s I just got to expensive for me to keep diving I still jump in the water all the time.
