I'm sorry Dad Greetings everyone. I'll be sharing with you guys one of the old stories I wrote in my diary. It all happened during the second-semester break. My Dad was out of town so I visited a few of my friends to remind them of the party which was to hold that night in a club in town. Three of my friends agreed to come with me but the other two? As usual, they started warning me about nightclubs, “You know your Dad would disown you if you get pregnant?" “Remember you're all your father has don't break his heart, Eva" Different sermons from both of them which I wasn't interested in. They just don't know the fun they were missing by avoiding night parties. Night parties aren't really bad, Just don't get tipsy (giggles). My Dad successfully got me into the best universities last year and made sure I got every good thing I wanted. I lost my mom when I was 16 and now I'm 18, a full-grown adult, the way I live my life is solely my choice, not Clara's or Liv's. Back to the event that took place that night. Everywhere was bubbling with good music, girls and guys dancing, drinking, and smoking, I mean, look at the beauty of life. My friends were already drunk, haha! Within the twinkle of an eye, everywhere went blank. Then screams, and everyone starts running, spilling drinks, there was so much chaos. I was confused as well. I tried to call out to my friends but I remembered they were drunk. I felt something hit my left arm. “Why would someone throw a hairy ball in the club?" I snapped. Just then, I felt a sharp slice on my neck. How did I get here? I can't remember driving back from the club Or maybe they brought me back home. But they were drunk to a stupor during the party. That's my mom sitting on my bed. “Mom!, Mom!!" I called out but I got no reply from her, just a fixed gaze. Hold on a second, why is mum in my room? I moved to my bed to meet her. “Mum, I can see you," I said in excitement. “Mum we all thought you died in the plane crash. Come let's go to Dad, he would be so happy to see you" I tried pulling mum when I noticed I wasn't standing on the ground, I was floating! No, no! Oh my God! What sort of a dream is this? “You're dead Eva, you died at the clubhouse last night during the massacre" mum said as everything began to make sense to me. “I'm sorry Dad" that was all I could say as I faded into darkness.
