The holidays are coming, and with them this irresistible wafer. Biscuit and coconut, and chocolate filling, there's nothing to dislike!
Ingredients:
8 eggs
20 tablespoons sugar
100 coconuts
150 g of ground biscuits
3 tablespoons flour
150 g of chocolate
200 g of margarine or butter
2 sheets of wafer
Glaze:
150 g of chocolate
3-4 tablespoons oil
Preparation:
Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
Beat 4 egg whites in solid snow with 6 tablespoons of sugar.
Add 1 tablespoon of flour and ground biscuits, then whisk everything.
Place the wafer on the oven tray, then coat it with this mixture and stretch it.
Bake for 13 minutes.
While the crust is baking make another.
Beat 4 egg whites with 6 tablespoons of sugar into a strong foam, then add coconut and 2 tablespoons of flour.
Combine everything and coat the second sheet of wafer.
Take out the first baked sheet, immediately put the second one to bake. We baked it for 11 minutes.
Put egg yolks and 8 spoons of sugar in a small pan and beat well with a mixer.
Place the smaller pot on the larger one with water, about 2 cm.
From the moment the water boils, cook for 10 minutes, stirring, then add the chocolate and stir until dissolved.
Remove from the heat to cool with occasional stirring.
Whisk together the softened butter or margarine, then add the chocolate filling and whisk everything.
On the first biscuit crust, spread the chocolate filling, then fold the second, coconut crust, which you now turn upside down.
Place a load over the tray and then in the tray to level the wafer.
Melt over a very low heat on a stove or microwave chocolate glaze with 3-4 tablespoons of oil and pour over the wafer leaves.
Leave everything to cool well, then chop and serve.
Pleasant.
This is fast for preparation, a lot of get at at the end, and so delicious.. Don't eat to much on Hallow Ween..
