Like the beginning, the first week is difficult (and sometimes even two weeks), because the kilos return the easiest then, and the "craving" for food that you haven't eaten is great. How to avoid it? Follow these 13 tips and everything will be much easier for you ...

1. Eat a little more calories each day than the previous day (for example, 50 calories more).

2. Slowly introduce foods that you have not consumed during the diet into your diet.

3. Do not start eating fatty and sweet foods immediately, but wait a few days from the end of the diet.

4. Eat more often, but in small portions (every three to four hours).

It is also important that you do not stop using the diet you had while keeping your diet.

5. Pay attention to the caloric value of the food you eat.

6. Combine foods in this way: Half a meal - fruits and vegetables; quarter - meat and fish; eighth - fat and the second eighth - carbohydrates.

7. Food preparation is very important. Cook and bake more than you will fry.

8. Once a week, give yourself a break - eat something tasty and high in calories.
