Ingredients
Bark:
5 eggs
100 g of cooking chocolate
150 g of sugar
70 g of flour
1 baking powder
1 vanilla sugar
30 g pretzels
3 tablespoons ground hazelnuts
3 tablespoons ground peanuts
70 g margarine

1/2 l of liquid whipped cream
100 g of nutella
100 g of cooking chocolate
100 g of ground hazelnuts
100 g ground peanuts
200 g hazelnut wafers (chop)
Glaze:
1/2 l of liquid whipped cream
300 g of cooking chocolate
Preparation
1-Crust: Melt the margarine and chocolate in a steamer, allow to cool. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar, add the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, pretzels, melted chocolate, ground hazelnuts, peanuts and egg whites (which you whipped separately).
2-Grease the mold, sprinkle with crumbs, shake the mixture and bake at 200 C for about 30 minutes. When the crust has cooled, cut it into two crusts.
3-Filling: Whip the whipped cream, add the nutella, ground hazelnuts and peanuts, melted chocolate and chopped wafer.
4-Divide the filling into two parts, then fill it into crusts, put the glaze over the upper filling, which is made by heating 1/2 l of whipped cream, make sure it doesn't boil, then add 300 g of chocolate.
5-Coat the cake with this icing and decorate.
