Uncertainty

As I mentioned in my last article I'am employee in a construction company I considered as medium company. Last year my employer implement skeletal work adjustment I think some company did that too. And were happy because we able to retain our job. Recently we got another memo we have to decrease our labor force from office staff drivers skilled to unskilled labor we have to implement again another work days adjustment. Since we construction company the project also effected by this pandemic same time last year we got three project. But this year we only have one. We are uncertainty of our company able to survive this year.
