It's so hard when you are a student and you don't have a laptop🤦 I'm doing a PowerPoint presentation in my cellphone for a class presentation this Thursday and I'm annoyed 😂 I like the subject, Human Research and the violations of code of ethics that happened on some of the conducted study. It really has an ugly history because some scientist researchers, especially in medicine, only cares about the new knowledge their research will yield. They often disregard the welfare of their animal and even human subjects. And the saddest thing is, they target those who are uninformed or the weak community like the elderlies who can't give a sound consent, or those who are sick in the hospital or prisoners. Some of these research achieved what they were after but it won't change the reality that it was out of the expense of the lives of others🥺 If I'm a psychopath, I'd say, it was for the common good anyway. Such breakthrough won't be possible without the sacrifice of others and that's okay. That's just a thought of my other side of the brain. Thankfully, I'm not a functioning psychopath 🤣
