Baking Vanilla Cake is my favorite thing to do.the smell alone fills my whole kitchen in Abuja Nigeria. People say my vanilla cake is so soft, it melts in the mouth. Ingredients for 1 medium Cake 1. 2 cups of flour 2. 1 cup of sugar 3. 4 eggs 4. 1 cup of butter or margarine 5. 1/2 cup of milk/ liquid 6. 1 tablespoon of baking powder 7. 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavor 8.
