When i went to ayala mall i saw this red flower like candles. Its red cone attracts humming birds. This plants love water and should be soaked regularly to maintain moist soil, when in dry or hot weather you might increase the watering candence. If you want to plant this, put in a place that there is a direct sunlight each day at least four hours but it needs also shades to hide in the afternoon because it is not good for the flowers in direct sunlight for too long.
