In our home town we always planted cassava. due to pandemic, all prices of our daily needs especially rice, increases in higher amount per kilo, Cassava is our daily survival food. But in cooking cassava we must be carefull because it contains cyanogenic glycosides, which can result in fatal cyanide poisoning if not properly detoxified by soaking and scraping before being consumed..
