Live in the present

Most often than not, we tend to overwork ourselves with our future in mind till such time we no longer live our present because we are busy thinking about our future. We tend to frustrate ourselves with uncertain mishaps that we already forgot to be grateful of the certain present blessings. Because we wanted to be in control with our lives, we get frustrated everytime it show off against our plan till we find ourselves no longer living but merely existing. Well, my question is, have you assessed what kind of life are you living now? Are you really happy? Have you not forgotten to live in the present?
