I do think Internet can also improve itself but majority of prevention will still be in the hands of us people. Cybercriminals are people, and people created internet, so it will always be limited compared to what people are capable of. Given this fact, we, as people who despise these criminals, shall be equipped with the right knowledge to prevent, take action, and monitor cybercrime. Unfortunately, in this age, this has become prevalent and sometimes the solution is to not be exposed to internet anymore (which is quite impossible).
