雖然是意料中事，但還是QQ 在美國播出的最新一集NCIS中 NCIS的靈魂核心人物Mark Harmon結束了他身為影集固定班底的工作 監製兼製作人Steve Binder在聲明中讚揚了這位擔任了十八季主角的演員 同時也提及未來在劇情中可能的安排 他表示：身為監製與好友，Mark將繼續是這個節目中不可或缺的一環 我們的北極星將繼續忠於我們的角色 本劇的忠實粉絲應該早就知道，那就是永遠不要將Leroy Jethro Gibbs排除在外。 “As an executive producer and dear friend, Mark continues to be an integral part of the fabric of the show. Our north star has always been staying true to our characters, and that truth has always guided the stories we tell and where those characters go. So regarding the future of Gibbs, as long-time fans of the show may have noticed over the years…never count Leroy Jethro Gibbs out.” -Steven D. Binder, Executive Producer/Showrunner, NCIS Harmon退出固定陣容，縮減在螢幕上出現的時間的問題其實已經籌畫了一陣子 隨著第18季的許多重大變動、疫情造成的影劇衝擊、加上演員本身年紀真的大了（70歲） 大概從第17季底開始，便漸漸開始不那麼focus在他身上 而隨著Gary Cole的加入，他退出固定班底的安排似乎只是時間早晚的問題 這個是不是也代表，NCIS應該也準備功成身退了？ 雖然新一部的spin-off收視還不錯，但怎樣都不是"真正"的NCIS Nothing can ever compare to the original NCIS team of Gibbs, Tony, Ziva, McGee, Ducky and Abby Mark Harmon是這部戲的骨架之一、也是特色、更是賣點 在原本的角色幾乎都已經離開、現在聲勢還不錯時急流勇退 是否可以避免掉很多原本叫好叫座的長壽影集，到最後爛尾的下場？ 不管怎樣還是很感謝NCIS，跟CSI一樣豐富了我的青春 跟著裡面的角色一起成長、走過生命中的許多風雨 Everything has it end. Tonight we watched a great character ride off into the sunset on his terms. It is with great sadness we see Gibbs walk away. He helped build and define NCIS. The series will not be the same without him. Thank you Mark Harmon and the numerous writers and producers for an amazing 19 seasons. We all will reach a point in life that the traumas of our lives need to be left behind To rest our soul, find peace again.
