this is like a country house sis, so dapat ang place ng lot din is mga ganito so like hilly area so if ncr mga Tagaytay highlands or Baguio then sa cebu sa Busay. kasi if sa city mo yan itatayo parang hindi babagay so dapat sa countrysides. Claim mo yan sis, if yan ang desire of your heart magkakarun ka nyan. Mahal kasi ang cement sa US dahil wala naman silang local na mga natural resources para gumawa ng cement kaya ang mga bahay dun wood talaga hindi katulad dito sa atin tayo nagpoproduce ng cement. Mura lang yan dahil wood. Ang nagpapamahal dyan is ang lot and interior designing.
