The Truth Is Hard To Fathom The truth is painful, sometimes people hear truth as rudeness but is not. The truth is just the truth and Sometimes it cannot actually be truth if it doesn't hurt a little. "The truth hurts" but sometimes it hurts more people than anticipated. I try sometimes to chew my words before I spit them out or just as they say "listen to yourself before you speak" . And honestly, I use to listen to myself before I speak all the time but most the times I listen to myself and keep my mouth shut because I don't want to hurt myself by hurting the person I'm about to speak to, a bit selfish I use to wonder. But the truth is when I actually do I end up debating with myself if I did the right thing; I mean was I right to stop my mouth from saying what would have actually change that which is wrong_right by saying what actually is, or would I have been right if I had opened up and say things that could have made all that is wrong_worse or would it have fixed everything. Technically, one has to just say things the way they are, in some cases though one need to be gentle, soft, polite, loving, nourishing and supportive. Well...saying the truth is not always that easy depending on the gravity of the damage it could make. Because the truth sometimes destroy; relationships, friendships, families. Hence the benefits of a GOOD LIE, which confines the brutal truth, keeping it motionless at a controllable state from creating havoc. But there is no doubt that sometimes we need a little more of a lie to protect what we love, a relationship or just someone who might be affected. The general belief "the truth shall set you free" cannot be applied in all aspects. Because some truth can be a secret that could destroy you or someone for eternity especially when there's guilt attached to it. But of course some secrets are meant to be exposed to save or protect an individual, there's no denying that. Literally, one need to just pick his poison. One must decide which is better and which is worse. The TRUTH Whether is you who is saying it or someone is sayings it to you, you must decide for yourself If saying and revealing,hearing and acknowledging the truth is betteroff than being ingnorant about it.
