Diabetes and nutrition of patients with this disease... Diabetes, two years in our family! I was telling you in an article published at the beginning of my own here that two years ago I discovered that my little girl has diabetes. All right, we get it, we've gotten used to it, life goes on. In these two years we learned a lot and confirmed ourselves with what was to come. Diabetes, from my point of view... In principle, diabetes is a metabolic disease characterized by an increase in glucose concentration associated with metabolic disorders. What the liver provides as a source of energy must be consumed to the same extent. Naturally, the correct level of glucose is maintained by a hormone called Insulin, which is normally secreted by a healthy person in the pancreas. Insulin makes it possible for the body to use glucose. So without insulin a person cannot live. The Insulin Pump... A few months ago, I took an insulin pump from the girl so that she wouldn't have to worry about injecting. Our lives have changed for the better since then. The structure of nutrition for diabetes patients... Ever since I discovered diabetes, the scales have become my little girl's best friend and are a must-see wherever we go. For a diabetic patient, nutritionists have made all sorts of dietary options. A person with diabetes cannot and should never give up the diet! Ever since she got the Insulin pump, my little girl has been eating anything but everything weighed. This is what my little girl's Insulin pump looks like. Modern, useful and necessary! Returning to the diet, each diabetic person should normally receive an individual diet plan. Carbohydrates (carbohydrates) in diabetes... Everyone knows that hydrates or carbohydrates are the fuel needed to obtain energy for the entire human body, having the property of providing the food necessary for brain activity. For example, I weigh everything that contains carbohydrates in the girl's table. Apart from meat, a few vegetables and cheeses absolutely still contain carbohydrates, which in diabetes should be eaten in moderation. Carbohydrates can be monosaccharides, disaccharides and polysaccharides. Monosaccharides are rare in the wild. The most important in human nutrition are glucose, fructose and galactose. Glucose as such is found in honey, grapes, currants, oranges and carrots. Fructose is found free in bee honey and ripe fruit. Galactose is not found free in nature, but only in combination with glucose. Complex carbohydrates have a more complicated structure and take longer to absorb into the body. It is known that this category includes beans, rice, bread, pasta and even starchy fruits and vegetables. So, it is harder to raise your blood sugar, but much more. An immediate effect of diabetes is a disorder of glycemic levels, but the most worrying thing is that this disease can have health complications. In order to avoid this aspect, it is necessary to take into account the diet that the nutritionist gives to each patient. I have learned a lot in these two years about diabetes and I certainly have more to learn, the important thing is that my little girl is well. All the pictures in this article are made by me and so is the article itself, it's about our lives!

A day among animals! Pros or cons of animals kept closed? When I was a kid and I was visiting a zoo I wondered why those animals were locked in pens and weren't free. Later I understood why. Return to childhood and reminiscing.. After many years my family and I decided to go to the zoo. I had never taken the little boy to such a place. I remembered with nostalgia the times when I was going here and I was in turn with my family or on a trip with school. How many beautiful memories I have! Our decision was to go to Targoviste, a beautiful city of our country. Targoviste Zoo is located on the north side of the largest park in the city, Chindia Park, in the immediate vicinity of the Curtea Domneasca Museum Complex and the Chindia Tower. The institution is subordinated to the Local Council and to the Targoviste City Hall. Targoviste Zoo covers an area of 4 ha, being located in a special natural setting, where abundant and diverse vegetation abounds, and those who visit, with a clean and peaceful soul, free from prejudice, feel the joy of complete relaxation in -an oasis full of nature and history. Targoviste Zoo has in its collection, species of birds and animals from all continents: Europe, Asia, Australia, North America, South America, Africa. Some of these species are endangered and are included in special protection and conservation programs. Before the animals, at the entrance to the zoo, I was pleasantly surprised to see some beautiful red roses. Lots of greenery and lots of flowers. I really appreciate the work of the people there, in addition to their care for the animals, they have to maintain the big garden. The first time we were greeted by a great tiger. It was so beautiful and clean that it caught the eye of visitors. He let himself be photographed.I think he was old too, that's what I noticed after his hard walk. Next, a beautiful peacock caught my eye. He had beautifully colored feathers and he wasn't the only one, there were a few more, but I couldn't take clear pictures of them, they were moving from place to place. A funny monkey treating us with its back was the main character there. The children were having fun on his own. And there were more monkeys, but this is the only picture. A turtle was sitting shyly in a corner. I understand she's very old and never gets out of her cage. There were a lot of other animals, but unfortunately I couldn't take pictures of them all because my attention had to be directed to my children. Many visitors cross the threshold of this zoo, it is very large and famous. It was a day that neither I nor my children will forget, and I hope to return here soon. All pictures here are taken by me with my cell phone.

Therapy through nature... Whether we live in the countryside or in the city nature has a lot to offer us... Beautiful landscapes, flowers, fresh air, lots of greenery, but also tranquility depending on the area. I am blessed to have a mountain, but the nearest town is also surrounded by mountains. Today we were on the green grass just above the city, on a plateau with a great panorama. Every day I connect with nature by the simple fact that I breathe mountain air and everywhere I go it seems like nowhere is like where you were born, but I try to take advantage of every corner you visit. Beyond the beautiful landscape, we also had very good weather, neither very hot nor cold. Although I come here very often, I never get tired of watching this view and everything seems to be different every time. Sometimes it is enough to look up and look at the nature around you, in the sky, to feel fulfilled. It is an exhortation that has become more and more necessary in today's society, when we are assaulted by technology from all sides, and we tend to miss what surrounds us, to lose contact with the natural environment. Here you simply forget about everyday problems and everything becomes simple and beautiful. Most of the time I leave everything at home, I disconnect from everything that is bad and it is just me and my positive thoughts. In nature all phenomena are interconnected, we have a colossal connection with each element, the particle of which we are a part.Man and Nature must coexist in perfect harmony. Nature gives the human being the power he needs to survive, and man, in turn, should be deeply grateful and provide permanent protection.A deep understanding of the relationship between man and nature forms a correct attitude, which can significantly contribute to the happiness, prosperity and longevity of the representatives of human society. In fact, the above does not contain any words that cannot be scientifically argued. Whether it is relaxing on the beach, swimming or hiking in the mountains, the interaction with nature has an extremely positive effect on the psychology and physiology of the human being. Man would not exist without nature and nature would not exist without man. There is a close connection between the two. Man: thinks, feels, has consciousness. Nature: it is the magical space that surrounds us, the one untouched by man for billions of years, where all things are extraordinary. Nature and man ... Man has life and nature is life. Everything revolves around nature ... the sun, animals, trees, even man. Nature has been, is and will be the most wonderful place on earth for me.A day without seeing nature is a lost day. What would it be like not to smell a flower, not to enjoy the fresh and fresh air or not to see greenery? That would be awful! I love nature a lot and this can be seen in the photos, most of my pictures on the phone are with landscapes. Nature makes me happy and I feel safe here. All pictures in this article were taken by me.

The disaster in the Romanian health system! My experience today and beyond... First of all, the pictures of this article are made by me now, I couldn't find anything else to associate. In the article are my words and it is just my personal opinion. Each of us has the right to express our opinion. A few days ago I made an appointment at the county children's hospital for a checkup with my little boy. I had this appointment for today, May 19, at 8 o'clock in the morning. Because the hospital is further away from us, we woke up early in the morning to fit in. Once we got there, we were disappointed to meet a bunch of people standing in line in front of us. Although we had a referral from the family doctor, we had to take an order number from there and ours was number 16 ... So, in addition to the fact that 16 people were before us, the doctor we had an appointment with did not he had arrived in the office.Time passed and the children got bored, especially my boy who is very energetic. I think about two hours have passed and no sign from the doctor, not even any answer from any nurse. I forgot to mention that the hospital is a state hospital and you simply die waiting for days. After two hours of nervous results, my husband decided to leave. I certainly had good hours to wait. You can't spend so much time in a hospital waiting. Adults may be more patient, but children may not. State or private hospital? As soon as I left, my husband called a private hospital and made an appointment. Indeed, free space was only a week away and it will cost us more, but there the schedule is respected and the case is resolved immediately. So, of course, from now on we will opt for a private hospital, it is incomparable. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have experienced this. Having two children has had to do with the health care system over time. But now it was mind-boggling. In Romania, this system leaves much to be desired and every employee with a work card pays a monthly contribution here and in vain. I am very outraged and I hope that in the future solutions will be found that will be good for us people who need their services. We want facts, not words from them! Certainly in other countries the situation is different. There are cases where you can't solve a health problem at home and we really have to get to the hospital. On the other hand, I know that it is difficult to work in a hospital and that doctors have great responsibilities, but it seems to be getting worse every day. **Lack of interest or too many sick people?** My opinion is that the lack of interest and indifference of the medical staff is the main problem. If a doctor does not cope with the large number of patients, he should increase the health guard. At least 3 doctors per shift I think would somehow solve this problem.

The laws of mankind, respected or not? Over time, all sorts of more or less necessary rules were made, which were always aimed at regulating cohabitation. People felt the need to refrain from gestures or deeds. In Romania, the laws are quite harsh, but even so some violate them. If it's law, why don't we respect it? Our politicians have kept approving laws, some that don't make sense, are meaningless, but even so, they still have to be respected. Very long ago people lived together according to some common sense rules and their violation was punishable on a case-by-case basis. Now, nowadays these rules have become laws. I just tried to understand people who don't follow the law, but can't. I have a feeling that some people really want to go to jail, maybe they are better off there or maybe they want to stand out with something. Totally wrong! Whatever their reason, it is certain that we are in a future society that we cannot imagine. Who knows what awaits us? I read some funny jokes in a humor magazine earlier, and some of them stuck in my mind. What I was wondering was if those funny rules really existed, but I'll probably never find out. Each country has its own laws, whether it suits us or not. We have the right to smile at some crazy ideas gathered from several countries and I will list a few. I don't know if they really apply, but they're really funny. I only remember a few that I tell you. In Germany - The sky must be visible from any office. Strange enough, isn't it? Greece - All electronic games are banned. This law is very good. Thailand - A person who throws chewing gum on the street is fined $ 600. This law should be applied in Romania as well. France - It is illegal to name a pig after Napoleon. This law is also very funny. China - In order to be admitted to college, a person must be intelligent. Right, right? And there were a lot of such funny laws, I'm sorry I don't have that magazine anymore. However, we return to the serious legislation and the laws must be obeyed, clearly, otherwise people have to pay in one way or another. If the laws did not exist, each of us would do what is forbidden without being punished by anyone, and there would certainly be total chaos. The few pictures in this article were taken by me yesterday and seemed appropriate in this context. Locked - laws - lack of freedom.

Today in my garden... Spring and its beauties in my garden, today, May 13th! Last night it rained after a long time and when I woke up everything was loaded with raindrops. Fresh air and a little cold, but later the sun made its appearance. Spring, one of my favorite seasons, everything comes to life, everything captures vivid and beautiful colors and I never get tired of it. The drops sit so beautifully there on the leaves as if someone intentionally put them, but no, of course the rain is to blame. At this time of year my garden is a paradise with flowers, flowering trees and a lot of greenery. I really like the raw spring greens, it's unique. This tree finally bloomed. I do not know what it is called, instead it has a very strong and sweet smell, it feels its fragrance many meters away. Every spring I can't wait for it to bloom and enjoy his bride, but unfortunately it does not take long, after the flowers fall as if it no longer has charm. The dandelion is now in my garden. It also colors my days, not only the yard, and after this yellow color passes, the flower makes a fluff that, if blown, flies. When I was a child I used to make wishes and breathe. Did you know that dandelion is also used to make honey by hand? Yes, I do every year and it is very fragrant, you can see that in my picture, because I caught a bee at work, this means that the flower is very sweet and the bees take pollen from it. How beautiful it is! Only green and yellow, you don't know what to look at first. We just love the look. I also noticed a parachute in my garden in the morning. It didn't actually land in my garden, but in the neighbors, but I was glad to see it. Parachuting is practiced in my area and I often see people overcome their fear. I'm afraid I would never give up.I find it very risky. Better on the ground and safe than in the air and with fear. And how to end this article without these apple blossoms? I have many apples, among the few fruits that are made in my mountain area and now they have all started to bloom. Lots of flowers and color! I would have liked to enjoy these apple blossoms for a long time, but as you know they don't last long either, they shake quickly to form fruits. Of course I will come back with fresh pictures from my garden, but also from the surroundings. Whenever I have the opportunity, I take pictures. All pictures are taken by me this morning!

Country or city life? I was born in a small mountain village, here I grew up and here I still live today. Most people believe that country life is easy. It's not like that at all! As beautiful as it is here, it's as hard as it is. Animals, gardens with meadows that need to be worked to provide them with food, gardens with a few fruits or vegetables are just some of the daily activities that a householder does. Here people wake up early and go to bed late, but nevertheless they do not realize how quickly time passes because they do not sit at all, they have all kinds of activities. Of course, all their work pays off, they have everything on the table naturally and organically, without chemicals, and here people live longer due to food and the fact that they have activity all the time, exercising. I do not know if I could live in the city, I think I would suffocate, I have the impression that there is no air there compared to the mountain. The convenience of the city makes those who live here dislike the country. It's probably hard for them to work with or with others. What would it be like to wake up in the morning and not run into something like that? I wouldn't have that in town. And there's the chirping of the birds I love.I only saw the fresh spring green in the country and it will be like that all summer long. Everything in the city will be full of dust. I also know that the people of the city could not live long-term in the country and vice versa, each where he was raised. Animals from your own household, greenery and flowers as far as the eye can see. I'm not talking about the clean air that charges your batteries. There is no time for boredom, everything has a continuity after work and reward. People are happier here, they do what they have learned from generation to generation and they would not go to the city for a new life there. So, I would not give my life here with one in the city, I got used to it here and it would be a big change in my life and I would certainly not adjust. The city for me means boredom, congestion and lack of activity that leads to monotony. Even with a job, life here seems just as boring. Better the quiet of the mountains, with work. And I forgot a very important aspect for me, the mountain landscape is unmatched. What would it be like not to see the mountains around my village every day? All pictures are taken by me! Cheers to all!

A wonderful day among the flowers! About yesterday, May 6, 2022... Being a beautiful spring day we decided to go on a visit to some very good friends of ours. They live in the capital, about 200 kilometers from us, so we left very early in the morning to enjoy more time together. Whoever wakes up in the morning, goes far, a very true Romanian proverb. But it was well worth the long road. They are very hardworking people and they have everything in the garden. Fruit trees, vegetables, even a few animals have. But their greatest pride is the garden filled with flowers. Flowers always stand out. I don't think there is anyone who doesn't love flowers, I've always been in love with them, no matter what. All the colors, kinds and sizes of flowers greeted us there. I told them I was going to move there, but it was a joke, of course, I wouldn't give the mountain to the city. I couldn't take pictures of all the flowers, there were so many. However, some did not bloom now, in the summer. So that garden will look even better then. Tulips predominated, all colors ... Yellow, red, white, even combined, but most of all I liked the yellow ones. I don't have tulips at home, I should plant them, they would definitely beautify my garden. Pansies had only these colors and few, but they are also beautiful, any flower changes the look of the garden. In my opinion, pansies are the most delicate flowers and they are also beautifully colored. I liked this flower the most, I love the blue flowers, probably because I like the color blue. I don't know her name, but she's special and I'm glad I caught her biting her. The roses weren't all blooming, they were just orange, but they were still small. My friend told me that she has all the colors and can't wait to perfume her garden. These marigolds are also great, I have them too. In addition to their beauty, these flowers are also medicinal plants. It is made into tea infusion, it is very good for infections, for burns. Hand or face cream is also made. I do that too. Simply boil a few flowers in a bath of lard or olive oil, then strain and leave to cool and the cream is ready. It is used for wounds, scars, but also in cosmetics, which is very good for the skin. So yesterday I spent an unforgettable day among the flowers. A beautifully landscaped garden, full of color and beautifully scented. I can't wait to go back to my friends in Bucharest and in the summer when everything will look fabulous. But until then, I also enjoy my home garden, which looks good too, only it's much colder here and they haven't blossomed so much yet. All pictures were taken by me yesterday!

Attention, the water is coming! As I said in one of my articles the rain is not only beneficial, but it could also wreak havoc. Well, this was the case the other day and because of the frequent spring rainfall and the melting of the snow on the mountains we received a warning message regarding the dam. About two tens of kilometers from my village is a dam. The role of dams is to keep excess water degraded. Every time the dam fills with water until it crosses a limit and then the people there decide it's time to release some water because they risk going outside and this is worse. Controlled things come out much better. This is how it is done at all dams, it is a good thing from all points of view. This is what the dam looks like on the waterless side. This is where the controlled water is released. To be honest, it's more beautiful on the other side, I did an article at the beginning with pictures from there. This place is visited daily by hundreds of tourists, although the road here is quite difficult. But what does man not do for a special landscape and for a picture in nature? Plus it's fresh air, because the dam is high in the mountains. The river where the dam flows passes through my village and I told you above that I received a warning message that they will release the water and be careful not to stay around or leave the animals unattended because there is a risk of drowning. Unfortunately, the water flow was high and it entered people's gardens, leaving behind material damage.I live close to this evil, but its swelling has never directly affected me. I remember when a neighbor's water was taken from a sheep, which of course he couldn't find. In addition to flooding the gardens, the water also brought a lot of garbage thrown by tourists to the dam.Very ugly of them! I know for sure that there are garbage cans up there, but it seems that education is lacking for many and it is much easier for them to throw them in the water. The water flowed quickly and was very dirty, not as clear as usual, as if nature were unleashing. When I was a child and there were no high-performance telephones to receive a message now, the people there started a siren to let us know when they let go of the dam.I think the alarms were more frequent then, probably because we had more snow and more rain. I'm glad there was no such damage this time. All pictures in this article were taken by me. I did the first one a year ago, and the others are done a few days ago. Let's hear only good things!

Welcome, May! May 1, 2022...A gorgeous spring day we decided to spend it with my parents. Although they live a few miles from them every Sunday we go there. Every time I come here it's like everything inside of me changes and I become a child for a day again. The same landscape, but at the same time always changed for the better. The predominant colors are blue and green in most of my pictures, something beautiful that simply delights the eye. So let me introduce you to a part of my village! In the center of my small hometown is our holy church. A very old church made only of stone that seems to guard the village. In this church I was baptized, here my children were baptized and here I got married, but unfortunately here I also buried some of my relatives. It's a word ... The green grass at home never looks. So I was greeted with lots of greenery and flowering trees, a lot has changed in a week. I even caught a plane in this picture. And I saw many flowers in the gardens, so I caught them in the fence. Too bad you don't hear the birds chirping, a real concert.Through this fence, the parents' house can be seen a little, which makes this picture even more special. Also through the center of the village and not far from my parents' garden, this river also passes with a cold and clean water so that you can see the beautifully colored stones through it. When I was a child, I used to run away from home in the summer, bathing, and my parents knew exactly where I was. What beautiful times! And a still picture from my childhood garden. I was born here, I grew up and now I return with great pleasure. How many beautiful memories I have of these places! My siblings and I had a perfect childhood from my point of view, and at every meeting we now have memories. Not much has changed since then and most of all I am glad that my children are reliving those moments too. I also had a barbecue with my family today. It has become a custom to do it every Sunday, but today, May 1, is Labor Day, a national holiday through which Romanians celebrate by partying, walking and grilling. If today was a day off during the week, it was a day off from the Government, the children did not study and the institutions were closed, but if it was Sunday it was even better. Even the sun could not go unnoticed today and it appeared most of the day, it was warm and beautiful, the weather kept up with us. I only stayed in nature. In other words, the first day of May was absolutely wonderful, but I can't wait to return to my parents' house next Sunday for a new successful day. All pictures in this article were taken by me today.

Rain... Drops on the soul! Have you ever walked barefoot through the rain? For me it is the most beautiful state when it rains. When I was a kid, I used to do this on rainy summer days. What a pleasant feeling! Nothing compares to fresh air after a refreshing rain in the middle of a hot summer. When it rains I feel an inner stillness, it is like a balm for the soul and mind. I like to sit in the house and watch it rain, watch the drops out the window. Some of us just don't like it when it rains, that's up to each of us. In addition to the inner tranquility that I feel in such a weather I really like how the drops are heard falling on the street or on the roof of the house. As proof I set to the notification tone a sound with drops. Rain is necessary for the soil, especially in summer when it is very hot. And it was raining even today, that's exactly what made me write this article, it produces a state of well-being. It is said that when it rains it gives you a feeling of sleep and a molestation, but in my case it is not valid. I just love the rain. In addition to well-being for some, rain also has benefits for nature. It prevents drought and makes the plants always be as they should be. Just as man cannot live without water, so it happens with plants or animals. So rain is life! But sometimes not all water paintings get to the ground, they do not evaporate as they fall. In spring, because of the rain, everything turns green and blooms, a sign that the rain is always welcome. The grass rises immediately and when you see with your own eyes a sea of greenery appears. And the flowers enjoyed the water. They are always beautifully blooming and this prevents them from drying out. If I live in a mountain area here we have heavy rains and so my garden is always green and with many beautiful flowers. Disadvantages of rain! Of course, rain also has its drawbacks. If it rains heavily or several days at, floods occur that are not good at all. Floods affect everything, we humans, but especially nature, who suffer the most. The whiteness of the rivers swells and everything takes a nasty turn. It floods plants, households or even animals. In my village there are not many floods because the water flows on the mountains, but in my country the most affected are the people in the field where there are nowhere to go. Equally harmful to nature when it rains is hail, those frozen droplets that destroy plants when they fall, a phenomenon that happens quite often here, where they live. But let's hope that we will have quiet and mild rains without flooding, only with benefits for us and nature, as I like. All the pictures of this article are made by me!

Cigarettes, for or against? Very often I have been judged for smoking. Yes, I'm a smoker and I don't think it's an end of the country. We all have some vices, but that doesn't mean we have to be fingered. Addiction or fad? To be honest, I first started smoking when I was in high school, about two decades ago. At first of course it was a fad and the entourage made you try. The temptation was very great at first because most of my colleagues smoked and I wanted to be like them too. Years passed and now it has become addictive. I wouldn't conceive of a coffee without a cigarette, the body got used to it. It's good that coffee is also an addiction, but I'll talk about that in another separate article.v If many years ago only men smoked, nowadays it seems that more and more women smoke. I know it's not a good thing, I'm not bragging about it, but I'm a person who says things by name. First of all it is not good for our organism, but it is also harmful for the people around us. Why judge? Everyone has the right to do what he wants in life and to do what he thinks is best. Just as I don't judge someone, so no one else is allowed to step into my life. A cigarette is said to shorten life by a day. But what else is good for us today? Of course, non-smokers point fingers at smokers, but non-smokers are not required to sit next to smokers. That is why smoking is forbidden in closed spaces, so that others do not breathe that air. So this law reconciles everyone. I had read somewhere many years ago that cigarettes had appeared since the Middle Ages, and at first people thought that it cured certain diseases. So, do you know how long the world has been smoking? And on top of that, in Europe for the first time a monk brought cigarettes here. I also know and am aware that they are not healthy, but when a smoker feels sick to quitting smoking, I would do so. Everything I've written here is my point of view and you don't have to do as I do. It's a habit of mine that I can't give up and to be honest, many of us are smokers. One problem from my point of view would be that today's young people start smoking much too early, at a very young age. Probably because of the entourage or lack of family education. We need to be aware that smoking at an early age can have negative consequences. One is an adult, another is when you are still a child. It must be analyzed very well. In conclusion, do what you think is best for you and your body! The pictures in this article were taken by me. Let's hear only good things!

Just nature! Happy and peaceful holidays to all and Christ is risen! I don't know what it's like elsewhere, but that's what they call us. Here we are on the second day of Easter! Regarding yesterday, after a hearty meal we decided to go out for a walk to get off the calories from the Easter table. We thought we'd go somewhere farther away from home and to a place where the kids could play. We looked on the net to see what was open and we found out about a park which is in Targoviste, a city that is about 60 kilometers from where I live. Making an aside we have many beautiful places in the surroundings that I have never reached and where I want to go. So, on the road! Walk, relax and have fun! On our way we captured the sun and a lonely tree, the picture being taken from the car on the way. How beautiful the sky was! Right away I realized it was going to be a successful day. And here we are in a great place. You don't even say it's in a city. A lot of greenery, water and a lot of people who also went out for a walk. It's like a tab from a storybook. I've always liked places like this. If I were to be born again, I would like to be in my own country! The beautiful Romania! And many flowers, all kinds, but especially tulips. I love flowers very much, to be honest I would not have left this place.Where there are flowers is the perfect place in my opinion. And the color combination delights everyone's eyes. But what I liked the most was this mill which was used as an ornament and looked great with the landscape. I had never seen anything like it before. A small house with lots of greenery around it made you feel like you were in a story. While the children were playing, I sat down on a bench and simply enjoyed the moment. I breathed fresh air and enjoyed my eyes with those beauties of nature. What I really appreciated was the cleanliness. There was no paper on the floor. A clean and civilized place. However, many people, even on Easter, have children, parents and the elderly. There were certainly more locals than tourists, but this city is a historic one and attracts thousands of tourists in the summer. We will definitely be back here, it was a great day with a lot of relaxation and we recharged our batteries for a long time. Even if I live in a beautiful place, I still have to visit other places, a kind of exchange of landscapes. And today we will leave home, but on a visit to my parents. We all need to visit our parents on holidays. All pictures in this article were taken by me yesterday, April 24, 2022. Romania

Holy Week! Here we are approaching the Holy Easter Holidays, some of the greatest of mankind. This week is one for prayer, fasting, cleaning the house and preparing some chosen dishes. What is religious fasting and prayer? First of all, when we fast, you can't do it without prayer. Fasting is an inner cleaning, a refrain from products of animal origin, such as meat or dairy products. And prayer is also an inner cleansing, a connection with God. Prayer should be done daily . So let's pray to heaven! Prayer before anything else! This week people are also cleaning houses and gardens, a general renewal. This is done every year this week. We must be pure in heart, in myself, outside and inside. And on Holy Thursday, people begin preparations for the Easter meal. And I start with the dyeing of eggs. Now it depends on each housewife how she decides to paint them. In the past, women decorated or colored them with onion leaves. Nowadays there is a special paint, that's how I used it. That's what I did on Thursday. And now, from Thursday to Saturday evening, the housewives prepare all kinds of traditional dishes, depending on the area where everyone lives. I've done a few things so far, I'll do the rest tomorrow. This dish is called sarmale, it is a traditional Romanian dish. No holiday without sarmale. It's a mixture of minced meat with spices, rice, onions and all wrapped in sauerkraut. Serve with polenta, sour cream and hot peppers. They are not finished in the picture, they will be boiled tomorrow. I also made something sweet, also traditional in my country, it's called cozonac. It's a treat. I haven't done this for a long time, only for about two years, maybe in the future I will gradually show you the recipe. I still have a lot to do in the kitchen, but there is still a day tomorrow.I've done enough for today. During Holy Week, the church service is held on Thursday evenings. Little by little, everyone goes. On Friday the children go under the Holy Table, and on Saturday they share. I remember when I was a child I used to make wreaths to take to church. My parents bought me new clothes and I wore them to church for the first time. And Saturday night is the Resurrection service. People go to pray and take the Light. I have many fond memories of Easter from my childhood, there were other times, traditions and customs were kept sacred. Nowadays, children don't go to church much, unfortunately. After the Resurrection service, people go to their homes and the first thing they do is hit a red egg, then serve the other preparations. I hope we all have an Enlightened Easter, with much peace in the world and health! All pictures in this article are made by me!

Walking through my village About yesterday, April 20, 2022... I live in a beautiful and small village in Romania, a mountain village with few but hardworking people. The village is located on the border between two counties, a tourist area with many attractions and tourist attractions that are worth seeing. Every year thousands of tourists come here, whether they are passing by or staying at the hostels in Tourism has developed a lot lately here and locals are trying to offer the best conditions for visitors. Besides the fact that we have a special landscape, the place also has a historical load, here was fought long ago during the reigns But let's talk about yesterday. I was telling you in the last article about the last fallen snow that surprised us at this time of year. This is what my garden looked like yesterday morning, everything white, cold and full of snow, but you will realize that in a few hours it disappeared because the weather has warmed up. Yes, it looks like we're going to have a good time at Easter. I went for a walk to enjoy this unique moment and to take some pictures to stop them as a memory. The picture is taken near my house, I didn't go far because it was cold and I'm already getting used to it. Even the sun was fighting to win against the cold and the snow and it seems to have succeeded. Today it is so beautiful and warm, it's like it hasn't even snowed. I hope it was the last time it was so cold and finally spring is coming, which is a bit late this year, but for us Romans it is a saying that it is never too late for something. I took this picture of the snow-laden trees in the middle of winter. To be honest, this winter I didn't have as much snow as in other years. I told you at the beginning that my village is a tourist one. We have many beautiful landscapes because everything is surrounded by mountains, we have wild mountain trails, without pollution and by the way wild, many places have not been changed by human hands. We also have a very famous and visited cave, a hundreds of years old fortress. But above all, we have traditions that are preserved from generation to generation, we have traditional costumes unique in the country and many others that every man who comes here discovers and falls in love with these lands. Each time he returns with even greater curiosity. A perfect place to recharge your batteries, to breathe fresh air, but a good place for a lot of peace. This is the ideal place to visit it in any season. Each of them has something beautiful to look at. In winter, something fairytale, in spring the scent of perfume, in summer the much desired coolness, and in the fruitful autumn full of enchanting colors. I would like to share with you something of everything I have described here for you in the future, although you can't see the total beauty in a few simple pictures, you have to see it on the spot.

I didn't expect it to settle and snow like in the middle of winter. Frumos, nu-i așa? Este o diferență, nu-i așa?

After an hour of rest, this is what my raised dough looks like. It has grown a lot and is beautiful. The next step would be to form equal balls. I left them covered for another 15 minutes with foil. I'm just starting to shape the horns. Spread a sheet and fill with jam. I made apricot jam today, but it can be filled with any kind of jam, chocolate or condensed milk. And so I did with all 10 horns. This is what shaped cones look like. Now I greased them with egg and sprinkled poppy seeds. You can also use sesame. Now comes the end. I put them in the hot oven at 180 ° for about 45 minutes. And that's it! This is what the end looks like after baking. I will sprinkle powdered sugar, the picture will be the first to be presented. I told you it's not hard to make this recipe, my family loves it and in a few minutes it disappears from the plate. I hope I made you feel like it and you will try to do it too, it's worth it! I will come back with other recipes!

The Romanian tradition... I am proud to be Romanian because I think we have the most beautiful traditions that are hundreds of years old and have not yet been lost. The area where I live has many traditions that we young people carry on from generation to generation. One of our prides is the traditional Romanian costume. All areas of our country have different costumes, but here where I live they seem to be the most beautiful. Before, the elders dressed daily in such clothes, now, nowadays we wear them only for the holidays. I personally try to take the tradition further and I feel blessed to have many such costumes from my grandmother who also has them from her grandmother. Do you realize how old they are? But in addition to this aspect they also have a strong sentimental value for me and plus they are also very expensive firstly because they are old and secondly because now they are no longer done. Before women worked these suits by hand with the sweat of their forehead. They sewed for days, maybe even months, until they finished a suit and did not make them to sell, but for them personally. They had one for home, one for church, one for weddings, and another when they went elsewhere.Today's young people have started looking more and more for such costumes, but they are very difficult to find, only those from the villages have something like that, but they don't give it to them because now no one sews. Every time I had the opportunity, I dressed in traditional clothes. This is what one of my costumes received as a gift from my grandmother looks like. And here I dressed him when I got married religiously. Of course, my husband also wore a folk costume, one that belonged to my grandfather. We were very proud to be married to God dressed in this way. And at the baptism of our little boy, we also dressed in traditional costumes and we convinced our godparents to dress the same way.It was a memorable day with great memories. And every time I flip through the christening photo album, I feel proud that we have dressed traditionally. And my little girl carries on the tradition and dresses as often as necessary in our traditional dress. When she was younger, she took folk dance classes and here she participated with her teammates in a national competition. She also participated in the days of our commune dressed in folk costumes. She sang, danced and paraded in costume. My beautiful mother and I are also here at a family event, a cousin's wedding, and then all the relatives dressed like that. So, these traditional Romanian costumes are part of the traditions of the place where they live, but we have many others that I would like to show you. We have traditions related to any big holiday, we have beautiful weddings and much more. I am proud of my origins, my ancestors and the wonderful place where I live. But especially because I'm Romanian!

Yesterday's childhood, today's childhood... We all know that the period of our childhood is the most beautiful of life. Unfortunately it passes so quickly that some of us do not even feel when time passes and we wake up adults. When we are children we do not know what the problems of life are because a child does not know how hard life is later on. About my childhood? Indeed, the most remarkable period, the most beautiful and at the same time the easiest. I would give the time back to be a child for at least a day. But still, having two children I relived those times with them. Compared to my childhood, they now live other times, in our country it was different, there was a clean simplicity, childhood games were different, while now the little ones do not know how to play, they stay in the house most of the time on tablets and this is how the most beautiful period of their lives passes. In my childhood I had days when I would leave the house in the morning and come in late at night, we would play and forget about everything. And what marked my childhood in a positive way was my grandparents' love. I can't say that today children are not loved by their grandparents, but if everything has changed, now everyone has problems and the worst thing is that we live in the century of speed and no one has time for anything. Indeed, it seems that time is not what it used to be. My little girl is already a young lady and in my opinion she had a beautiful childhood, I let her choose what she wants in life and she chose to paint. I never dictated to her what to do, I let her decide what to do with her childhood. When our children grow up, we realize that time passes so quickly and their childhood disappears. And the youngest of the family is still small and I try to offer him a beautiful and carefree childhood, a childhood similar to the one I had. We cannot control our children, but as parents we offer them all our support and have a beautiful childhood, and when they become adults and their lives will be difficult for us to be the first to jump to their aid. When we are children we want to become adults faster, and when we are adults we want to be children again. Unfortunately, childhood is short and we don't enjoy it then, but later we regret it. And yes, the childhood of yesteryear is completely different from today, but still, every child grows in his own way and depends a lot on the environment in which he lives and the education he is given. I miss my childhood! Childhood, where are you?

Le folosim in multe feluri...

My garden, heaven with flowers Flowers, a bandage for the soul and the mind! We all love flowers, whether they are homemade or garden, potted or bouquet. I like all types of flowers, I adore them and I try to cheer up my garden and home and take care of them as I know better. Because they live in the mountains do not withstand any type of flower in the garden because of the climate. When the heat starts I take out of the house the flowers I've put in an autumn before and my yard gets color. As I said the other day, at the moment here it is still cold and the flowers have not yet sprouted, but I will show you some of the past years. In summer I like to drink my coffee in nature and enjoy my beautiful flowers. This makes my day more beautiful and gives me a positive energy. Daffodils are among the first flowers to bloom in the spring, but unfortunately they don't last very long, but as far as I'm concerned I try to enjoy them. Some beautiful yellow flowers that appear all spring appear in my garden, but it's actually a small shrub, I don't know exactly what it's called, but it blooms in my garden every year. There is life everywhere! These beautiful, small blue flowers simply come out of some stones. Nature always surprises us! I told you above that in early spring I take the flowers out in pots. I have many geraniums, all colors and here I combined two colors, red and white. It looks very nice two colors in one pot. I think I will do the same this year, but with different colors. A few years ago, my mother and I planted some roses in our garden. I am very proud that they have caught on and in each one I am flourishing. I am very happy with their color, but also with their perfume, they have a special smell. I like to play with pictures and improvise unique frames. I put a flower on a fence, on a stone, whatever looks good as a decoration. This is a potted flower that I did not break, but the wind blew and I took advantage of this. My garden is also adorned with wildflowers. Lots of flowers! All colors, all kinds. Nature is a blessing! Each season has certain flowers, but the tools last from spring to autumn and all give life to my garden. Late autumn, these beautiful purple flowers are springing up in my garden. They have a very pleasant color, a nice smell, this can be seen from the fact that bees prefer their nectar for a delicious honey. In addition to all this, they are also very resistant, they last until late autumn, sometimes the first snow catches them in bloom. So my garden is full of color and life every winter, except in winter. Yes, where nature is, there is life! Each of us should love flowers and have at least a few in our garden. This would make our days more beautiful. We have to water them daily, take care of them, sometimes talk to them and give them love. In summer I like to drink my coffee in nature and enjoy my beautiful flowers. This makes my day more beautiful and gives me a positive energy.

Late autumn or spring? Spring in my garden... It is April 10 and nature is delayed, during this period the trees were supposed to be green and blooming, the grass sunrise and some flowers blooming, but none of this is. We had snow until April 1 in the village, and on the mountains it is still white. When I was a child, every season respected its period, but for a few years everything changed. Spring is the season of rebirth, of color and nature gives us its beauty every year and as if we never get tired of such a thing, we want more and more. Low temperatures and these days, I hope for a warm-up because they all have to be on their own time. Cold weather causes nature, but also animals. Fruits and vegetables will be late to appear and this year's harvest is likely to be a reduced one. I can't wait for this tree in my garden to bloom, it has a pleasant and special smell, but until then I can only enjoy the sun that is seen among the empty branches. And this apple is waiting for the heat to come and stands towering in my garden in the hope that it will bear many fruit this year. Wouldn't it be that these trees would also be fine with leaves? Of course, yes, and soon, this will certainly happen. And soon the scenery will change, it will no longer be gray and blue, but green and blue. Today I found this snail that is also looking for a ray of sunshine. And how many other animals, insects are not waiting for spring! I forgot to tell you that it was a few days when it warmed up, but then it snowed a little again and when everyone was happy, everything turned upside down. But let's be optimistic! Here's what I found in my garden! Color and hope. Although these flowers are among the first to come out in the spring, with the snowdrops I hope for the heat. I can't say that spring is my favorite season for me, but I seem to get tired of the cold. However, I believe that this is not only happening in Romania, the climate has changed everywhere and there are certainly many negative factors that contribute to this. I hope that in the coming years things will return to normal so that we can enjoy each season in its time. And, a picture from last year. This is what a flowering apple in my garden looks like in the same period last year, the picture was taken on April 8, 2021 ... So it's a difference, isn't it? I can't wait for it to bloom again this year and not just the trees, but everything. Let there be much greenery, let there be life, rebirth! In the spring, I look forward to seeing you and no matter when you come, you are welcome!

This is where we managed to get to, it's the maximum point. It is a plateau from where you can see everywhere in the distance and only mountains, forests and a lot of greenery. Up to a certain point we drove, then on foot, being a steep road for cars. Here we met a sheepfold of cows and some shepherds served us with fresh milk. Otherwise absolutely no one there, except for a fox that unfortunately I was not able to photograph as it was faster than me. We stayed here for an hour just to watch and enjoy the fresh air. Nothing was moving, not even the wind was blowing, only our echo was heard. Unfortunately we also encountered felled trees, some seemed freshly cut off. Too bad, great pity! Nature must be protected, that is why the climate changes from year to year and wild animals no longer feel safe in the cut forests. For example, last year a lot of bears came down to my village for food. But to my surprise, somewhere I saw that some fir trees had been planted. An extraordinary thing! I remember when I was a child I used to go with my grandparents to plant fir trees. Nowadays, young people do not do such a thing. Another place that I really liked was this one with lots of greenery. I wish I had a house here away from the hustle and bustle and without any worries. An oasis of peace !! Here anyone would clear their thoughts. Only blue and green ... And a stony road, that's all! What a beauty! I don't think many people know about this place, I think it's because of the road that is not very good. He caught us in the evening until we got home. This is the entrance to my village. It's beautiful here too, isn't it? I really like my hometown anyway. Next time I will write here about my beautiful mountain village. It is the same, surrounded by mountains, a small village, with thrifty and simple people. Romania has many places to visit that deserve this at least once in a lifetime. It was an unforgettable day, I discovered places where people were not very, wild places and this makes them absolutely wonderful. I will definitely come back here, but next time I think I will dress appropriately, because then I was in a skirt and sandals on the mountain. But at the same time, I would like to go to other places that I have never been to and that I have never heard of, even if it is even further from home, I would love to.

Chile proaspete! To work!

When our pancreas no longer secretes natural insulin our body need artificial insulin.

Any detail it's a beautiful topic for me. All my pictures are taken only with my mobile phone. I'm here!! To be honest, I don't really like to take pictures, but every time I go to a beautiful place I try to put myself in the picture. I am a simple person who appreciates absolutely everything, simple things always seem fascinating to me. O zi frumoasa tuturor!

good morning! Yesterday I went to my parents. They have a lovely garden full of flowers including this little blue flower. The picture I took and unedited. Week full of achievements to all!

Flowers are the joys of life. Every flower has its beauty. The picture I've taken and edited. Beautiful Sunday and an easy day!

Good evening everyone! That's what the sky looks like to me now. We captured this sunset just in time. Nature always surprises us. Wonderful evening to all!

I really like to cook, every day I do that. Last night I made baked potatoes and chicken thighs. An easy-to-make food, but very tasty. I like to use ordinary spices, but also to improvise.
