As I scrolling on internet I see this picture, In my own opinion a leader lead by not only by participating, he/she also needs to plan and execute the plan, keep track of the progress, guide..so all who participated will bask in success.A good leader is not about ability it is about responsibility. He is is also a coach that lead a team to the victor. Leader is different from a King. But I know not all boss is like that, and not all leader is like that.
