STORY TIME GUYS In a far away castle, in Phils. There lived a princess named Kathy. She is the only daughter of the king and the queen and because of that she is so much cared and loved and her parents give all what she wants. Princess Kathy loves painting. She is not the typical kind of princess who wants fancy dresses and shoes. She used to stay in her room playing with her paints, painting different subjects. She is not allowed to go out of their castle because can't be exposed to too much cold. With that, she can't see the outside world, she doesn't even see a bird, nor tree and the sea. The only thing she see is a flower whom her mother gave her. And that's the only subject she paints. One morning, the princess was surprised when her mother went to her room and invited her to stroll outside their castle. She hurriedly changed her clothes and run outside their castle, there she realized that the weather is fine, that is not cold outside. Her mother explained that, that kind of weather only happens once in 20 years and will last only for a day. With what she have heard the princess did not waste any time and run around the castle, finding trees, birds and other animals. She familiarized their appearance so that can she paint it when she goes back to their castle. It's already 4pm, the weather is starting to become cold, the queen ordered Kathy to go back to the castle but the princess doesn't want to go home because there is one thing she also wants to see, so she plead to her mother. At first, the queen was hesitant but because the princess pleaded she allowed her. Riding her horse the princess went to the seashore, to see what the sea looks like. When she arrived, she was disappointed with the sea, it doesn't have a color it's transparent. With a heavy heart, she went back home. In her room, the princess started to paint, she painted a tree, a bird, the palace and the sky . On her last subject which is the sea, she can't paint it because she doesn't have a paint that is transparent in color. But because of her desire to paint the sea, she painted it and colored it blue. There she realized that the sea looks good in color blue. After that day, the princess woke up with a heavy feeling, she looks pale. Her red lips became pale and she can't even stand anymore. The king and queen became worried of the princess so they called the best physician in their kingdom. The physician checked the princess and he told that she was exposed to too much cold and that caused her to be pale and may also cause her death. The queen and king was surprised of what they heard, and became worried of their daughter. On the other hand, princess Kathy, still looks happy despite of what she have heard because she managed to see and paint the outside world before she died. Days have passed, and the princess' condition is becoming worst. The whole kingdom are praying for princess Kathy. The king, talked to Kathy asking her if she needs something, but Kathy just smiled and said that she wants to wish for one thing before she dies. Princess Kathy wished to her father that she wants the sea to become color blue just like the sea in her painting. The king was surprised with her daughter's wish but he just nodded and assured that he will make Kathy's wish come true. The king went out of Kathy's room and ordered his men to buy all the blue paints in their castle. The king's men followed the king's order and went back to the castle carrying all the blue paints. The king then ordered his men to pour all the paints in the sea so that it will become blue, and it happened with all the paints poured the sea became blue as blue as Kathy's painting. The king hurriedly went to Kathy's room to let her know that he fulfilled her promise. Kathy then asked her father to allow her to see it. At first her father was hesitant because exposing Kathy to cold weather can quickly cause her death but when Kathy said that it will make her happy, the king allowed her. Wearing a white dress and her crown together with her parents Kathy went to the seashore, there she saw the sea became blue she hugged her father, minutes have passed and Kathy is still hugging her father but she is not breathing anymore. When her father look at her she noticed that Kathy's eyes are already closed that means she is already dead. She died with a smile in her face because she finally saw the sea became blue. And that's the reason why the sea is blue as of today, it's because of Princess Kathy's wish. #Storytelling
