Writer's block

I can't figure out what to write right now. Some say that there is no "writer's block" it is just a procrastination. But right now it is different, I want to start to write long articles but right now I can't really start to make a good introduction on it.

I have a 4 drafts right now and I don't know how to finish to it all. It is me or you experience this too? I don't know, I want to ask questions right now about this so you can give me advises on how to overcome this kind of problem. Right now I want to listen to all your advises so that by tomorrow I can publish a decent story. Give me advises please, thank you.
