#Habanero report The last step of processing has arrived. The dried pods have had a wild ride in my good old electric mill "Pirouette". The thing sounds like an air raid siren. After taking off the lid, I immediately had the aroma in my nose, followed by heavy sneezing. The first few grams of habanero powder are ready and tomorrow I will harvest the remaining stragglers. Hot, winter can come!
