3 days ago I noised about the price of diesel. At that time it was 2.00€/l. I would be happy about that by now. This morning I saw 2.43€/l. That's $10.17/gallon for our friends with the nonsensical units of measurement. And very slowly, I am beginning to think about the economic future of the world. This madness has to end if we don't want to find ourselves in the Middle Ages.

Zactly. And if whoever invented liters would have made one equal to a gallon everything would be simpler. lol
That would have the advantage that one litre of beer would be enough for one evening. One should think about it.
@Cryptozeug Here are the prices fix. We have many people from Austria and the other border country. They drive to here with 3-4 cars and gallons and sie tanken ihre Autos voll. In Österreich ist 2 euro and Diesel 2.20. In Hungary 1.27 euro. Für mich ist besser auf Deutsch schreiben. Was wird mit dieser Welt passieren? Hast du gehört from ukrainischen Dron, was abgestür neben Belgrad in der Nacht?? Heute ganzen Tag hat die ungarischen Radars gesehen, irgendwelche Objekte sind in unser Horizont, ungarische Flugzeuge sind dorthin geflogen und haben nichts gesehen, gefunden. Komisch... Wur haben Angst..
Davon habe ich bisher noch nichts gehört, ich denke, da sollten wir auf bestätigte Berichte warten und uns keine Angst machen lassen. Aber Angst haben wir alle.

That was the top issue right now, it's all about fuel and gas. All of us been affected, really.
You are right. This is what wars bring. It takes us back. Oh God, we want life, construction and progress, not destruction, death and backwardness
If Putin has his way he is going to blast us all the way back to the stone age and the northern hemisphere will be a wasteland. This is like when the Nazi's took the Sudetens. Peace for a time, but a bigger war followed. Personally I am now of the opinion we should get the no fly zone in place now. Putin will then either have to back down or press the button - which I think he is going to do anyway. The only thing the dilly-dallying is doing is buying time in which hopefully the Russian army or people can topple him,
I won't be taking the car in a month. What I can I will do it on foot, or at least I do half with someone, for example to go to work!
