The visit to Dresden Fortress was our highlight of the day. An impressive audio-visual tour of Dresden's old fortifications through the centuries in search of the cause of death of Elector Moritz of Saxony. Armouries and sieges, the everyday life of soldiers, fires, floods, rebuilding and the plague. Oh my God. Dresden. I spent a day with my sons in that beautiful city.Fenich rising from the ashes after the bombing.So much beauty, cultural and historical monuments. I would like to live in Dresden.
