No backup - no pity! My laptop has just had its weekly backup. Of course, it takes a while and is not exactly up to date on individual external disks, but it's always better than shitting your trousers. How often have I heard this...? "Can you save my USB stick?" Am I Merlin? Seriously people, take care of the security of your data, whatever the device. They always work exactly until they don't. No backup, no pity.

Slowly @ArtistByron's work is starting to show results and not only have I collected lots of his (now mine) NFTs but I am starting to become a zombie myself. I went to the doctor today for a blood test but no blood would flow. After a few attempts, the nurse managed to draw the last mililitres of my blood, but it really wasn't a pleasure this time. End of work. Time for a Beeraclez Imperial Red. This Little Red Riding Hood is certainly not the sweetest girl in the whole forest. It comes in at 7.9% and is a thick, sweet red beer that lets you know after the first sip that the evening is approaching. For sure, this will be the only one today. Why am I so sure? If you can't breathe, you can't scream. My notebook can, however, and it does so every few months. Today it happened again and the volume of the fans became too much for me. The picture shows the condition AFTER cleaning. I simply don't have a suitable tool to clean the small gaps. But it's better than nothing, now the fan is a lot quieter again.

Today we spent the whole day trying to make the old phone suitable for children. After all attempts to activate a system-wide ad blocker without rooting were unsuccessful, I at least installed Brave and youtube now runs ad-free on my son's phone. If media consumption for children is going to happen, then at least it should be without advertising.

After upgrading to Windows11, my laptop is having trouble finding my Bluetooth Speaker. The connection works but no sound comes out. Same problem with the soundbar. After a few attempts to disconnect and reconnect, I reach the bluescreen of death. After the inevitable restart of the computer, I can play music through my speaker without any problems.
