An update on my last post. I waited around 2 hours just because the staff at the counter said that the system is down. Later they told me to try using the app which is again useless🤬. So I gave up after waiting so long and still my requirement was not full filled 🤷🏽. Have to visit them again tomorrow 😥😥🤯
