Hi there fellas. It is cryptonoob with another short post 🤗 So I just came to my office after a gap of around 45 days and don’t feel like working today. Just opened my email and I guess the day will be gone just by reading emails 😜😂

I'm honestly applying out of need and maybe for the supplies 😂 but qc is the most tedious job out there

True. Many mid career people are already jobless in this pandemic that is why the fresh graduates are suffering even more
Well they managed a saving so they don't need it as much as fresh geads who don't have anything yet
I agree but the issue right now is that unemployment is increasing and at the same time many jobs are being made redundant. So less jobs for so many people to share. It is getting really tougher
Based on what I've seen in hirong trends and in reasons though. Fresh grads are hired more because of better technology skills and troubleshooting capacity than the older generation. Would that be true in your opinion?
True but they always ask them to bring experience with them 😂. So in my opinion it becomes very hard for them

True now the paradigm is shifting towards skill slowly but it will take some time until big organizations realize it
Nah, i think they realize it but they just hate to admit the capabilities of the younger generation compared to people of their generation
Well that is another way to look at thinks and this can actually be true. I have seen managers being reluctant to assign work to young employees thinking they might screw if up
Yeah ;-; even in some of my internships, they didn't give me much work as much as possible, thinking i lacked the experience while in another workplace, i was given so much load because they thought i was good so it depends on the workplace in the end, really
True different people have different mentality and they see thinks differently. That is the reason as you mentioned you were treated differently at different work places
But in the end, it would be nice to go back to that place that accepted me :")

Happy reading then. I doubt after 45 days people still wait for an answer. I am not looking forward to the schools starting again. Hectic life, early out of bed and higher costs for living. 💕
True but some project related emails are still hanging because of my reply or further action. My brother is also waiting for school and is also worried if the state worsens
