69.25% stake reward with PancakeSwap

I recently found out that one can currently earn a 69.25% return by staking PancakeSwap. PancakeSwap is the second largest decentralised exchange, after Uniswap, and handles over $700 million of transactions a day. PancakeSwap also has $2.2 billion of total locked value. I think PancakeSwap is a good long term play and with a 69.25% staking reward the deal is sweeten to an extreme degree.
