So many projects are way ahead of their time for real-world adoption and for some, their time may never come. A good example of such a projects is Ampleforth (AMPL). The AMPL monetary policy is useless outside of a real economy and it's very unlikely that any state, country or independent Island of the world will adopt it as their official legal tender. But it sure can be very useful in a sector of the crypto economy such as DeFi.
