If you set aside your prejudices, you'll start seeing people exactly as they are. A lot of people have this strong, preconceived opinion of others, so much that it twists their reality. They see exactly what they want to see instead of what they're looking at. To free yourself from this trap, you need to: 1. learn to trust people (but don't be naive and shallow) and give them the benefit of the doubt. 2. learn to look and evaluate things with an open mind and from different perspectives before forming an opinion and even then, be flexible.
