Why does Uniswap have to charge higher transaction fees? Does it use a different Ethereum blockchain than the one being used to send ETH and the other ERC20 tokens? This is extortion... #Cryptocurrency

Maybe it's because they are made of oversized contracts? Because the fees are based on the gas limit and the gas price.
