Surely. Getting rich makes you more responsible because many of the people becomes affiliated to you and your company. They earn livelihood because of your company or organization. It provides more spur to the responsible one.
That's the mindset of a struggling fellow. It is very hard to remain at the top than getting to the top itself. This is why those richest people work very hard to remain there. There is nothing more painful than seeing yourself fall from the top. The pain alone could make the person depressed and suicidal.
