If I made multiple deposits to a cryptocurrency exchange and I have like 100 UTXO when withdrawing the Bitcoin will I suffer for the fees or the exchange bears it? Also, can the exchange pass on the fees to me when withdrawing my Bitcoin in form of withdrawal fees? #BitcoinCash

usually you suffer, if you have that on your own keys, but not on their account

BTC BCH LTC etc (UTXO based currencies) count all the inputs towards the fees. A problem when receiving 100's micropayments to your wallet. https://read.cash/@Bragato18/the-shock-of-bitcoin-mining-fees-what-i-learned-1845f3ac Exchanges used charge roughly x10 the mining fee but now are more on a par.
