The noise.cash team just launched a new social app called "noise.app" On this new platform, only the people you follow can see and comment on your posts. And you can only DM mutual followers. So the possibility of spam and unwanted interactions are greatly limited. However, strangers and search engines can see your posts if they have and visit your public profile link. But they can't comment unless they follow you and you follow them. Furthermore, registration on the site is by invite only, unless you want to create a read-only account that does not allow you to post or comment.
