Bitcoin became popular mostly through Ponzi schemes. I can remember when I first encountered Bitcoin through a friend who was trying to recruit me to an investment platform that collects your Bitcoin and pays you 10% daily. Of course, that crashed and we moved into another called Laser, which too crashed and on and on we wabble around in the Bitcoin and crypto jungle until we start learning about the tech and having some sense. The point is, we learned about the coin and crypto generally by using it in some way. Which is why I feel the idea of read.cash and noise.cash and other similar tools to promote BCH is sound. Any idea to develop projects (not Ponzi schemes pls) that will get people using the coin even before they learn so much about it is a good strategy for mass adoption. Would it be ok to imagine that early Bitcoin promoters adopted the Ponzi scheme model to bring Bitcoin to the masses? Just a fun thought experiment (don't take it too seriously). #Cryptocurrency
