If OC detects article as exclusive and article is relevant to the feature community topic but still gets rejected by moderator, make compulsion for moderator to give reason why he/she didn't approve. And that feedback should be sent back to the user, so that user will know why he gets rejected who have followed rules while writing. And at last make compulsory for moderator to approve/reject article within 1 or 2 hours after submission. It will help to evaluate both user as power user and mostly for feature community moderator.
