Opinion:- I think, It is the perfect time to implement point deduction system to avoid spammers. That way, daily pledge amount could be utilize in better way. Having fear about getting point detected would at least minimize the spamming of articles, comments. Its opinion only, may be moderator have given thought on it since amount got double now.

Indeed that can be a good one but spammers detection "was not the best" when it was implemented . A lot of people were complaining about it and even it has reduced the interaction to posts now but spammers can be reduced and here we all can help that by blocking spammers and as well reporting them
i am not aware about it if it was implemented. But at least it should detect the tag word like nice, thanks, subscribe me i will subscribe you, good post, copy paste comment..etc. I did have reported copy paste comment (in fact one user converted whole article into short post and publish it). But it's too many of them, comment and post that have just spamming word, so it's not possible for individual to report all of it. Here is my suggestion, if such a kind of words or copy paste comments/content are put either in comments or articles, system should show these kinds of words in red flag. So it will be easy to anyone noticed it and then report it. I can give you example many of them.
I have no idea what you mean. At first writers (users) we're paid for each post they made and comment they made. To fight the spammers and plagiarists points given were reduced or no longer given. Next to it a certain amount of words and quality was asked. Are you sure each user here (still) earns points? If you ask me many already left. It became quiet especially if it comes to good articles.
To be honest, my concern is not who is getting how much point. I am trying to say those who try to do it, should have a fear of doing it. Out of fear, at least they will pay attention and will think twice before putting it. To have a fear, i recommended point deduction. Also, at the least it will help themselves to growth either as a reader or writer. But anyway as @Dangerous_Fly mentioned that it was implemented but doesn't work, only to be left the option of reporting it.
No matter which system there is, a scammer will always find a way to steal from the fund.. That's what I learned, plus these are mainly the same people and good will never be rewarded here. Helpful would be if notes, bad content would no longer be shown, only visible for the followers. It would show the users and the world outside what kind of articles are posted here.
