The Philippines is now a part of Metamask's rapid growth! According to the announcement made by Consensys, Metamask has grown 19x since July 2020. As a result, Metamask now has over 10 million monthly active users. In the image below, Metamask has listed the top 15 countries where Metamask is used. The Philippines currently holds the top spot, followed by the United States. I think mostly is due to the adoption of axie game by our community. More and more people are now engaging to that online game due to the huge earnings.
