Why do you all treat BCH as a trading asset, investment, good to hold crypto, hoping for it to beat BTC, and yet keep on saying it is a virtual currency? Seems odd to me most of the time...

because we are in the adoption period with onboarding is still in progress. once everyone is in, the price will stop these large movements and will settle with a sensible average. that is the period where it will be used as a common currency. of course overlaps can happen between periods
Why would it settle any differently than any other non-pegged or rebasing crypto?
thats a future fantasy scenario where everybody will use crypto instead of fiat money. that way its settled, because trading stops
Trading won't stop... There will be needs to convert from one crypto to another at least. So this will drive supply/demand keeping it volatile...
i mean crypto-fiat trading. but we already talk too much about this, as all i said was about a fictional future which never comes :D
