After a numbers of participating the brawl competition, I accumulated 2000 merits. That is enough to buy a gladius pack. I got 1 rare card and 4 commons that will add up to my collection power. This is the importance to be a part of the guilds. You cannot participate in a brawl if you are not in a guilds.
